“Aren’t you a little short for a stormtrooper?”

AK and her class went to the museum and saw the Star Wars exhibit and a few days later IM and I went and took it all in. Even though he has never seen the movies he still has a firm grasp on good guys and bad guys. Here was some pictures of our adventure that day.

A Hatcher day with the crew

It just so happens

Our kids are crazy. The school year is winding down and I have a couple of backlogged experiences to share with all 5 of our readers. Here was a hodgepodge of what it means to be a resident at Muddington.

IM has been TP'd by his sister here, for reasons I am not sure. He accepted his lot in life to be AK's big experiment and decided he was a warrior of sorts. Lets not discuss the types of battles this little man would be involved in.

EI definitely has the pop wrapped around her little finger. Cuteness doesn't begin to describe Ole'E.

Even though I struggle with the faux-hawk as a teacher (hawks were worn by punks when I was a kid not preps), I immediately had to set a new double standard as I saw my son rocking the hawk. I was surprise by the amount of vanity the little guy had. We set him up on Sunday before church and that thing was sticking up off the head for a whole dang week.

The rocking moose has been around since AK was a baby and she broke it when she got bigger. I repaired it as IM got big enough to rock the moose, then he broke it. I put it away for a while and finally fixed it the other day and there was much joy. Go go rockin' moose.

Last we have this little representation of AK in one of her many interesting reading positions. I might just have to start recording all the different things AK does while she is glued to her book. That would be fodder for many many bloggos to come.

AK was in the 3rd grade wax museum as Louisa May Alcott. Here are a few pictures of the dress the grammie made and some of the positions she was sitting in during the activity. All 3rd graders were people from Americas past whom they had researched and written about and finally depicted in this wax museum show. It was sweet, enjoy.
